Plant shall be able to operate on single phase 220 vl 50Hz electricity. An additional provision for taking drive from tractor PTO and operate an alternator shall be given (PTO shaft to be supplied additionally).
Cleaner cum grader assembly
Basically the assembly shall be equipped for soybean seed.
Capacity – At least 300 kg/hr on wheat basis at 12% moisture content.
Ability – shall be capable to grade commodities wheat, gram, paddy and soybean.
No. of screens – Each set having minimum 3 screens so that good grain, oversize impurities, under size impurities, scalped impurities. Immature impurities can be separated. Separated outlets shall be provided for each output. One additional set of screens will be provided with the machine.
Sieve cleaning facility – Balls shall be provided for automatic cleaning of sieve.
Cyclone dust collector with air trunk.
Aspiration fan – Shall have-variable air flow control.
Moisture meter -Compact Universal Digital Data Logging type, steel body construction, resistance-based, moisture range 3.5% to 40% with ±0.2% consistency. Shall have stainless steel test cup with visible arrangement
Electric control panel – Shall have sufficient meters to measure voltage, current. Proper fuses and safety devices shall be provided to safeguard the plant from voltage and ampere fluctuations.
Motors – 3 Nos. of motors are needed to run the entire plant. These motor shall be appropriate capacities. Total power requirement will be around 2-3 HP.
